To design a navigation app focused on accessibility and user experience for individuals with hidden disabilities. The goal was to address the specific challenges of urban navigation - such as sensory overload and physical barriers - through a thoughtful digital-first approach.

My research focused on how sensory overload impacts the user experience for those with hidden disabilities. By prioritising calming visual cues and clean interface patterns, I designed a navigation tool that feels supportive rather than just functional. The 'Meet & Assist' focus ensures the app acts as a bridge to physically accessible spaces, creating a more inclusive travel experience.
